By entering this raffle, entrants accept and agree to all of the rules, limitations and restrictions set forth herein. Contest limited to the first 6,000 entrants. The odds of winning depend on the number of tickets sold. Tickets are $25.00 each or $100 for 5 tickets and only one eligible person may be entered in the raffle per ticket sold. Entrants must be 18 years or older to enter. Tickets must be purchased between 12:00am (CST), Tuesday, February 23, 2021 and 11:59pm (CST), Friday, April 23, 2021. Grand Prize consists of winner’s choice of one (1) 2021 Ford Ranger, or one (1) 2021 Ford Escape or one (1) 2021 Ford Mustang, specifically supplied by the Mid-South FDAF for this raffle for the benefit of raising funds for Ronald McDonald House Charities® of Memphis. Grand Prize winner must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and proof of insurance to claim prize. There is no cash equivalent available in lieu of the Grand Prize. Taxes (including sales tax), insurance, licensing, registration, title fees, handling fees and any other taxes or expenses not explicitly stated herein are the Grand Prize winner’s sole responsibility. Winner shall coordinate delivery of vehicle with the Mid-South FDAF. The following individuals are neither permitted to purchase a ticket nor eligible to win any prizes: members of the board of directors, advisory board members, officers, and employees of Ronald McDonald House Charities® of Memphis and their respective immediate families; directors, officers, and employees of Mid-South FDAF and their respective immediate families; directors, officers, and employees of Ford Motor Company, its dealerships, agencies, vendors, and their respective immediate families; any person (including any officer, employee, agent, or subcontractor of such person or entity) providing printing services, telephone services and any records, devices or other gaming related supplies to conduct the event and their respective immediate families; any member of the Tennessee General Assembly; the Tennessee Secretary of State; and any employee of the Tennessee Secretary of State. Car Raffle tickets are not tax deductible and all proceeds go directly to Ronald McDonald House Charities® of Memphis. The Second Prize is a Gas Gift Card to Marathon Petroleum ($1,000) and Car Wash USA Express ($500). The Third Prize is a years’ worth of haircuts and a product gift set donated by Supercuts ($392). All winners consent to the use of their names and photographs without compensation for publicity purposes to help promote Ronald McDonald House Charities® of Memphis programs. Final drawing will be held on Friday, May 7, 2021. Ronald McDonald House Charities® of Memphis shall not be liable to entrant, or to any other person, and by entry by entrant, entrant hereby releases Ronald McDonald House Charities® of Memphis from any and all claims, demands, damages, actions, causes of action or suits of any kind or nature whatsoever, arising from or based upon the Drive it Home Vehicle Raffle, except to the extent arising out of the willful misconduct of Ronald McDonald House Charities® of Memphis.
